Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Associate Product Manager to join our Product Team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong product mindset, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Candidates with experience in HRMS, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software products will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and customers.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Understand existing product workflows and propose improvements to enhance usability and customer experience.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and process diagrams to effectively communicate product requirements.
- Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation for proposed enhancements.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of product features.
- Support product planning, feature prioritization, and release management activities.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation and ensure timely updates.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience preparing FRDs, BRDs, SRS, use cases, and user stories.
- Functional knowledge of HRMS, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software products.
- Understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong UI/UX understanding with the ability to create wireframes and mock-ups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Associate Product Manager.
- Experience working on HRMS, Payroll, CRM, ERP, or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with process mapping techniques, workflow documentation, and business process improvement.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams in an Agile environment.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related discipline.
- MBA, BBA, or Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
