Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

· Analyse data using tools like Excel, SQL, and visualization software to derive actionable insights.

· Model current and future business processes and workflows.

· Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements.

· Facilitate communication between business teams and IT/development teams.

· Propose and design improvements for business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

· Assist with the implementation and validation of new systems and features.

· Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals as needed.

· Monitor ongoing solutions and recommend continuous improvements.

· Participate actively in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.

Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Skilled/ Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)

Minimum 5 Years

B.Tech ( CS or IT) /MCA / M.Tech ( CS or IT)/BCA
