Business Analyst (5+ Years of Experience) We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help drive business transformation through effective requirement analysis, process improvement, and technology solutions.

Employment Type: [Full-time] Key Responsibilities: ✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

✅ Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

✅ Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and requirement documentation.

✅ Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business users.

✅ Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

✅ Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.

✅ Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

✅ Analyze data, create reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.

✅ Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.

Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Process Maps.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
