JD as follows.

Collect and analyse data from production lines, inventory management systems, sales reports, and other relevant sources to identify trends and patterns.

- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) like production lead times, cost per unit,

defect rates, and sales performance.
- Monitor production metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and reduce waste by analysing workflow, material usage, and labor efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices, to optimize production capacity and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor their impact.
- Analyse production costs, including material costs, labour costs,



and overhead expenses to identify areas for cost reduction.
- Develop cost-saving strategies and track their implementation.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential current production methods or technologies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand to inform product development and production planning.
- Analyse sales data to identify best-selling products and identify potential market gaps.
- Provide insights to the design team to ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Support the implementation of new production technologies or systems,

including data migration and training.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables related to production optimization initiatives.
