Role Overview

This is a high-responsibility, client-facing Business Analyst role involving requirement gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and solution alignment for enterprise digital transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. The role offers an intensive learning environment with exposure to real-world consulting engagements, Agile delivery practices, enterprise workflows, and ServiceNow-based transformation projects. Candidates should be proactive, analytical, adaptable, and passionate about building a long-term career in enterprise consulting and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis

- Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to capture business requirements
- Analyze AS-IS processes, identify pain points, and define TO-BE workflows
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate requirement translation into ServiceNow solutions

Working with ServiceNow

- Work closely with ServiceNow Consultants, Developers, and Architects on implementation projects




- Understand and align business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities and workflows
- Gain exposure to modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, IRM, and Employee Experience
- Support solution demonstrations, testing, UAT coordination, and implementation activities

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and implementation coordination

Tools & Platforms

- Work with tools like JIRA, Asana, Confluence, and other BA/project management platforms
- Gain exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SaaS, ERP, CRM, and ITSM solutions

Client & Consulting Exposure

- Participate in workshops, demos, and client discussions
- Support presales activities including requirement discussions, documentation, and presentations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and consulting best practices
