Key Responsibilities:-

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers to understand their business requirements.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations in coordination with internal teams.

- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and support the sales closure process.

- Coordinate with the client servicing and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover.

- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client interactions in CRM.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Lead Generation.

- Candidates from PR agencies, advertising agencies,



media agencies, digital marketing agencies, or corporate communications firms will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Confident in interacting with corporate clients and decision-makers.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for business networking.

Preferred Experience:-

- Experience in handling corporate clients, brands, or marketing communication projects.

- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

- Familiarity with the PR, media, marketing, or integrated communications industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,590.53 - ₹50,000.00 per month
