About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional with a strong background in B2B industrial sales to drive business growth for stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes. The ideal candidate should have experience working with automotive component manufacturers, auto ancillaries, engineering companies, OEMs, and industrial customers across the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Bhosari, Chakan, Talegaon, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and nearby industrial belts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, auto component manufacturers, engineering companies, and industrial customers.
- Generate new enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Conduct customer visits to understand application requirements and recommend suitable pipe and tube solutions.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly business development plans.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or any relevant discipline. MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.




- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Experience in selling stainless steel seamless pipes, tubes, industrial steel products, or engineering products is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of stainless steel grades (304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 310, Duplex, etc.).
- Good understanding of pipe and tube specifications, dimensions, schedules, standards (ASTM, ASME, DIN, EN), and industrial applications.
- Proven experience in business development within automotive OEMs, auto ancillary companies, precision engineering, fabrication, process industries, or heavy engineering sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently handle key accounts and develop new customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
