Accounting & Financial Management - Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Review and approve journal entries, provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and period-end closing.
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, customer ledgers, vendor payments, and banking operations.
- Maintain project-wise cost allocation and revenue recognition records.
- Coordinate with management for financial planning and funding requirements. B. Taxation & Developer Tax Compliance - Ensure complete compliance under direct and indirect taxation applicable to real estate developers including Income Tax, GST, TDS/TCS and Individual ITR Filling.
- Review and file GST returns, ensure correct tax positions on construction-linked receipts, advances, input tax credit (ITC),



and project-related transactions.
- Manage reconciliation of GST, books of accounts, customer collections, vendor payments, and statutory records.
- Handle TDS compliance for contractors, vendors, consultants, landowners, employees, and customer-related deductions.
- Manage/ prepare documents income tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings, notices, appeals, and departmental communications. C. RERA & Real Estate Regulatory Compliance - Coordinate preparation and certification of financial information required for regulatory filings.
- Support legal and compliance teams for timely submissions, project updates, and regulatory responses.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, engineers, architects, and consultants for periodic certifications and compliance documentation. D. Audit, Governance & Internal Controls - Lead statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and regulatory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for due diligence. Qualification & Experience - CA Final Dropout preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in real estate development / construction industry.
- Working knowledge of:
- Real Estate Accounting
- GST & Income Tax
- RERA Compliance
- Audit & Regulatory Reporting
- Experience with Tally, or real estate ERP platforms.
