? Conduct regular inspections of building structures, equipment, and systems.

?️ Coordinate repairs related to civil works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.

? Plan & Implement preventive maintenance schedules.

? Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure quick resolution.

? Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

?️ Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.

? Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.

? Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.

? Prepare maintenance reports and updates for management.

? Requirements





? Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

⏳ 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility supervision (4+ years of work experience in Civil Construction preferred).

⚡ Knowledge of civil maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building operations.

? Robust leadership and team supervision skills.

?️ Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

? Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
