What will you drive?

- Regional Growth & Strategy:Learn the retail function for your territory, focusing on P&L; achievement, strategic planning, and territorial growth.
- Retail Operations: Establish and manage retail processes, oversee team performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Channel Partnerships: Plan and execute customer acquisition strategies, manage partner alliances, and drive sales growth within your territory.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team while implementing performance plans to meet business objectives.
- Target Achievement: Deliver growth and profitability in line with the company's business plan through effective sales strategies and operational excellence.

Who are we looking for?

- Experience & Expertise: 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced eCommerce, internet, or retail environment with hands-on, on-ground sales experience (mandatory).
- Education:



Preferably a Masters degree in Sales or a related field from a Tier 1 institute.
- Sales Knowledge: Solid understanding of both hunting and farming sales techniques.
- Process Excellence: Skilled in process reengineering and driving operational efficiency.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, people management, and interpersonal skills with a strategic and hands-on approach.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and manage remote sales teams.
