Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and energetic Promoter / BTL Executive to drive on-ground brand awareness and customer engagement for our across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have experience in BTL marketing, field promotions, brand activations, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute on-ground promotional activities and brand activation campaigns.
- Conduct product sampling at exhibitions, marathons, malls, etc.
- Interact with consumers, explain product benefits, and drive product trials and sales.
- Identify new BTL opportunities and local promotional partnerships.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure strong brand visibility and adherence to brand guidelines during all activations.





Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 34 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand Promotions, or Field Sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Energetic, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and work during weekends/events when required.
