Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bridge/Structural Engineer role located in Maharashtra, India. The engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design of bridges and related infrastructure, preparing detailed calculations, and developing safe, economical structural solutions in line with project requirements and relevant codes. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing design drawings and models using CAD software, coordinating with civil engineering and project management teams, and supporting preparation of technical reports, specifications, and bill of quantities.





The role also involves checking structural integrity during different project stages, assisting in site inspections, resolving design-related queries, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. The engineer will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with a solid understanding of bridge and infrastructure design principles.

Candidates should possess skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations to assess load-bearing capacity, stability, and overall safety of structural components.

Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing detailed drawings, models, and design documentation.

Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant Indian and international design codes, standards, and best practices in bridge and structural engineering.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-site in a project-driven environment.

Prior experience in bridge or heavy civil infrastructure projects and familiarity with structural design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000 or similar) will be an advantage.
