Cerebrox HR Academy is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student admissions, generate new business opportunities, build corporate and institutional partnerships, and strengthen the academy's market presence. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills with a passion for achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through digital platforms, referrals, and field activities.
- Counsel prospective students on HR certification programs, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, training partners, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct educational seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counselling and follow-up.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead data and sales reports using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing, admissions, and placement teams to maximize conversions.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in business development, educational sales, or admissions are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills

- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with effective follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the education, training, or EdTech sector.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits and promotional activities.
