About the Role

Retail Media is the fastest-growing advertising sector globally, and we sit right at the center of it. We are seeking a relentless, high-velocity Ad Sales Executive to monetize our high-impact digital-out-of-home (DOOH) screens and app ecosystem.

This isnt traditional media sales selling static billboards. You will be selling dynamic, contextual, point-of-purchase visibility to brands that want to target premium, captive consumer demographics. You will have real-time footfall and impression data backing your pitches. If you are coin-operated, data-driven, and love closing high-margin B2B deals, this role offers uncapped earning potential.

Role & responsibilities

Revenue Hunting: Own and consistently crush monthly and quarterly advertising revenue targets by pitching directly to brands and media agencies.

Agency Mapping: Build and cultivate solid relationships with digital media planners, programmatic buyers, and performance marketing teams at top regional agencies (GroupM, Madison, Interactive Avenues, etc.).





Data-Driven Pitching: Master our media kit. Translate daily consumer traffic, digital screen loop-times, and screen impressions into high-converting CPM (Cost Per Thousand) proposals.

Campaign Delivery: Work closely with our tech team to ensure ad creatives are scheduled correctly, monitor campaign pacing, and deliver polished post-campaign ROI reports to clients.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid experience in Quick-Commerce ad sales (Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato), OTT media platforms, or tech-first DOOH/signage networks.

The Closer: You speak fluent CPM, inventory utilization, loop-times, and attribution. You know how to navigate corporate marketing budgets and procurement.

The Hustler: High volume outputyou are comfortable managing a dense pipeline of cold calls, agency meetings, and proposal iterations every single week.
