Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Brand Promotion

- Represent the brand professionally at retail stores, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Educate customers about the benefits of organic, Ayurvedic, and eco-friendly products.
- Build customer trust and enhance brand visibility.

Product Demonstration
- Demonstrate products effectively to prospective customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and pricing.
- Address customer queries confidently and professionally.

Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into successful sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
- Promote ongoing offers, seasonal campaigns, and promotional schemes.

Retail Store Operations
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store teams.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment.





Customer Service
- Deliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Encourage repeat purchases and build long-term customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Generate customer leads and maintain daily sales records.
- Submit activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Share market trends, customer preferences, and competitor insights.

Marketing Activities
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, corporate events, and product launches.
- Distribute promotional material and increase brand awareness.

Preferred Candidate Profile
