UNDRESS – A premium men's intimate wear brand redefining confidence and intimacy.
GetCompanion (GC) – India's human companionship platform helping people combat loneliness through trusted Happiness Executives and meaningful human connection.
Both brands are ambitious, digital-first, and built for scale. We're looking for someone who has previously worked with a fast-growing D2C consumer brand and understands how to build brands that consumers genuinely love. Your Role
You will be responsible for building, protecting and growing the identity of both brands across every customer touchpoint.
From Instagram campaigns to influencer collaborations, product launches to community building, PR to website experience—you will ensure every interaction strengthens our brands.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the founders. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy
Own the brand positioning of Undress and GetCompanion.
Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Build annual brand calendars and campaign roadmaps.
Product Launches
Plan and execute launches of new collections, campaigns and services.
Coordinate with design, product, operations and marketing teams.
Social Media & Content
Own Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn strategy.
Create monthly content calendars.
Brief creative teams and agencies.
Identify viral opportunities and trends.
Influencer Marketing
Build relationships with creators.
Identify micro, macro and celebrity influencers.
Negotiate partnerships.
Measure ROI.
Community Building
Create engaged communities around both brands.
Develop customer engagement initiatives.
Improve repeat purchase and customer loyalty.
Performance Marketing
Work closely with Meta and Google Ads teams.
Improve ROAS.
Optimize customer acquisition costs.
Build retargeting journeys.
Website & Customer Journey
Improve website experience.
Increase conversion rates.
Work with product teams on landing pages.
Improve customer onboarding.
PR & Brand Partnerships
Identify media opportunities.
Develop strategic collaborations.
Execute brand campaigns with partners.
Consumer Insights
Analyse customer feedback.
Monitor competitors.
Identify emerging consumer trends.
Translate insights into campaigns and products.
What We're Looking ForMandatory
4–8 years of experience in Brand Management.
Prior experience managing a D2C consumer brand is mandatory.
Experience with an apparel, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, wellness or consumer product startup is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of consumer behaviour.
Experience managing influencer campaigns.
Experience working with Meta and Google marketing teams.
Strong project management skills.
