Betsubara is a consulting firm that helps businesses build products and brands that consumers genuinely love. We are looking for a creative individual who can shape our brand!

Responsibilites:

- Help define, refine, and evolve the Betsubara brand identity.
- Develop and maintain the brand playbook, including visual guidelines, typography, color systems, imagery, and brand assets.
- Design visual content for the website and across all social media platforms.
- Create presentations, pitch decks, reports, marketing collateral, and other digital assets.
- Assist in planning, designing, and executing social media content.
- Research branding trends, consumer psychology, visual communication, and design best practices.
- Create mood boards, creative concepts, and visual directions for campaigns and new initiatives.
- Work closely with the founder to bring new ideas to life and strengthen the company's visual identity.
- Other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with:

- A strong eye for typography, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- A solid understanding of color theory, branding, and design fundamentals.
- Curiosity about consumer psychology and what makes brands memorable.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- A willingness to learn, experiment, take full ownership, and contribute ideas.
