Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Instagram (Main & Jobs page), LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.
- Create content for Fun Fridays, events, festivals, and employer branding.
- Design social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, and reports.
- Create and edit reels, shorts, carousels, and promotional videos.
- Edit podcasts (teasers and full episodes).
- Optimize YouTube videos using SEO best practices.
- Write engaging captions and hashtag strategies.




- Shoot content for social media.
- Share job openings across WhatsApp groups and support community engagement.

Required Skills:

- Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
- Graphic Designing (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools)
- Content Shooting (Mobile/DSLR)
- Social Media Content Creation & Planning
- Basic YouTube SEO knowledge
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for content shoots and event coverage
