About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Lead who can think strategically and execute creatively. You'll be responsible for building and managing brand communication across digital, print, campaigns, and production while ensuring every piece of content aligns with the brand's identity and business goals. This role requires someone who can lead ideas from concept to execution and collaborate across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand strategies, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Lead content planning and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Work closely with content, design, production, marketing, and sales teams.
- Review and approve creative assets, copy, and campaign communication.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Plan product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Manage external agencies,



freelancers, and creative partners when required.
- Ensure all communication reflects the brand's tone, positioning, and objectives.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
- Robust understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
