Job Purpose:

Acquire new customers for payment business and ensure quality customer service for credit card sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Acquire credit card business from in-house and open market clients through various modes:

Pitching credit cards to internal bank customers in the branch catchment or via open market/corporate visits, tele sales.

Lead generation and closure through tele calling, e-mailing, direct mailing, and tapping walk-ins.

Checking eligibility, explaining features and pricing for application processing (physical or digital).

Track business for timely submission and processing:





Ensure applications are complete per policy guidelines and submitted daily to the processing unit.

Timely intervention for FTNR (First Time Not Right) cases.

Ensure activation of sold Credit cards:

Sell the right card to the right client with proper explanation of features and offers.

Achieve card activation as per product requirement within 3 months of issuance.

Connect with newly acquired clients to explain spending offers for increasing card usage and cross-sell opportunities.
