Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow our Mortgage Loan business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch profitability, achieving business targets, managing branch operations, leading a sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities Drive branch business to achieve monthly and annual Mortgage Loan (LAP/Home Loan) targets. Responsible for managing PDD at lower and maintain weighted IRR. Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team to maximize productivity.

Develop business through Open Market, DSAs, Channel Partners, Builders, Connectors, and customer referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and business partners.



Monitor the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing. Ensure branch compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and internal processes. Monitor portfolio quality, collections, and delinquency to maintain healthy business.

Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities. Recruit, train, and mentor Relationship Officers and Relationship Managers Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present business performance to management. Resolve customer escalations promptly and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
