Drive business growth while ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

Job Descriptions (Key Responsibilities)

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Set goals and monitor team productivity.
- Supervise, motivate, and evaluate staff performance. Train and mentor employees; handle recruitment with HR.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. Resolve customer complaints or escalations efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and current customer development.
- Identify local market opportunities and expand client base in business Agri Commodities, fish meal, edible oil, cashew, maize and Petrochemical products.
- Promote services/products of the company to increase revenue.




- Prepare and manage branch budgets and expense controls. Monitor financial performance and profitability of the branch.
- Ensure the branch complies with legal, quality, and safety standards. Maintain proper documentation and reporting
- Conduct audits or self-inspections as needed.
- Coordinate with HO different departments. Submit regular reports to regional or corporate office.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
- Demonstrated expertise with over 10+ years of experience in Branch Management(Particularly in Agri Inspection), driving operational excellence and team performance.
