The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch. The role involves leading the sales, service, spares and customer relationship teams to achieve business targets while ensuring operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Manage the overall operations of the branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for two-wheelers, accessories, and related services.

- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales, service, and administrative teams.

- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.

- Maintain inventory control and coordinate with the service and spare parts departments.

- Prepare and analyze sales reports,



branch performance reports, and MIS reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, Honda standards, and statutory requirements.

- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase business.

- Recruit, train, and evaluate branch employees to build a high-performing team.

- Monitor expenses and optimize branch resources to maximize profitability.

- Develop solid relationships with customers, finance partners, and local business stakeholders.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in branch management, dealership operations, or automobile sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
