About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Clinic Counselor who can effectively counsel walk-in and referred clients, understand their concerns, recommend suitable treatment plans, and convert consultations into successful treatment enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face consultations with clients visiting the clinic.

Understand clients' skin, hair, wellness, or aesthetic concerns and recommend suitable treatment plans.

Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, pricing, and package options clearly.

Convert consultations into treatment/package sales while maintaining ethical selling practices.

Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their treatment journey.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, dietitians, and the clinic team to ensure seamless patient care.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to maximize conversions.

Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, and CRM updates.

Handle client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Ensure a premium customer experience at every stage of the client journey.





Stay updated on company treatments, products, promotions, and industry trends.

Support clinic marketing initiatives and referral programs to generate new business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Additional certifications in sales, counseling, healthcare, wellness, or cosmetology will be an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 3–6 years of experience in clinic counseling, wellness, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, healthcare, or luxury retail sales.

Proven experience in handling face-to-face client consultations and achieving conversion targets.
