Role & responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities for mortgage & LAP
- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
- Generate leads for current business and customers
- Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition & satisfaction
- Develop and expand the existing channel network
- Ensure compliance to all sales practices
- Achieve Branch sales targets
- Maintain knowledge on products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
