Citizen Bachat Evam Sakh Swawlambi Sahkari Samiti Ltd. is looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and Member-focused professionals to join our growing network as Branch Incharge. The ideal candidate should have experience in Banking, Co-operative Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Life Insurance, with strong leadership, business development, and branch operations skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and administration of the branch.
- Drive business growth by mobilizing deposits, generating loans, and promoting financial products.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets assigned by the Management.
- Promote Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, and other financial products.
- Build and maintain strong member relationships to ensure excellent service.
- Monitor cash management,



documentation, account opening, and branch records.
- Conduct field visits for member acquisition and business expansion.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for operational and business activities.
- Develop business opportunities in the assigned branch through marketing and community engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
