Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the branch’s overall operations, business development, and customer service. This full-time, in office role is based in Manesar and involves overseeing daily branch activities, including account opening, deposit mobilization, lending operations, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Manager will monitor branch performance, drive sales targets, and ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. The role includes guiding and mentoring branch staff, managing cash and security, reviewing loan applications, and ensuring proper risk controls.

Qualifications

- Strong branch banking and operations management skills, including experience in deposits, loans, cash management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in business development and sales, with the ability to drive retail, MSME, agriculture, and mortgage portfolios.
- Solid customer relationship management skills, with a focus on service excellence and handling escalations effectively.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, including staff coaching, performance monitoring, and workforce planning.
- Analytical and risk management skills to assess creditworthiness, monitor portfolio quality, and maintain internal controls.
- Comfort with core banking systems, MS Office tools, and digital banking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional banking certification is an advantage.
- Relevant prior experience in branch banking or retail banking leadership roles, preferably within Indian banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Manesar, with a proactive, ethical, and customer-centric approach to branch management.
