Role Summary

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving secondary sales through effective market coverage, retail network expansion, and solid influencer engagement. It focuses on achieving sales targets through strong retail execution, brand visibility, and disciplined reporting through Bizom.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver branch sales and revenue through effective planning and execution.
- Grow Market Presence: Expand customer base, enhance market penetration, and drive business growth through new dealer and retail account acquisition.
- Dealer/Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, retailers, and wholesalers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and develop the branch sales team; set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure capability building.

- Trade Scheme Execution: Implement marketing initiatives, retail activations, and trade schemes to boost sales at the branch level.
