Salary & Compensation During Internship: Stipend based 12,300 To 14,000 Duration 6 months Post-Internship Promotion (Full-Time): ₹2.50 LPA to ₹2.92 LPA (Up to ₹3.00 LPA including performance variables and branch bonuses) Who Can Apply? Key Responsibilities Branch Gold Operations: Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and administrative data entry and Backend Followups.
Customer Service: Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.
Sales & Marketing: Support the team in finding new clients, retaining existing ones,
