Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum HSC Pass
- At least 1 year of International BPO experience (mandatory)
- Experience in Lead Generation / Outbound Calling preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid convincing and customer engagement abilities

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads
- Identify potential business opportunities and prospects
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth lead handover

Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off

Compensation:
- CTC: Up to 40,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: Approx. 35,000 per month
- Final salary will be based on experience and last drawn compensation
