Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Boomi Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting integration solutions using the Boomi Enterprise Platform.

The ideal candidate should have experience building integration processes, configuring connectors, transforming data, handling APIs, troubleshooting integration issues, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. The candidate should be capable of independently understanding integration requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integration processes using the Boomi Enterprise Platform.
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Develop integrations between cloud applications, on-premises systems, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Configure and manage Boomi components including processes, connectors, connections and operations, profiles, maps and transformations, process properties, document properties, and decision or routing logic.
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services, including API-based integrations and web service endpoints.
- Perform data mapping, validation, transformation, enrichment, and error handling.
- Configure schedules, deployment environments, process reporting, and runtime settings.
- Monitor integration processes and troubleshoot failures using process logs and execution details.
- Implement exception handling, retry mechanisms, alerts, and operational logging.
- Support unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and production validation.
- Prepare technical design documents, mapping specifications, deployment instructions, and support documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to integration standards and development best practices.
- Coordinate with business analysts, application teams, infrastructure teams, testing teams, and external vendors.




- Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis for integration-related incidents.
- Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reusability, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Boomi development and integration implementation.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, patterns, and middleware technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi process development, connectors, profiles, maps, shapes, and deployment.
- Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, SOAP web services, databases, and file-based interfaces.
- Good understanding of JSON, XML, CSV, flat files, and other commonly used data formats.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Positive knowledge of API concepts, HTTP methods, authentication, and response codes.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience in testing, debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting Boomi processes.
- Understanding of cloud and on-premises integration architectures.
- Experience working with development, test, and production environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software development life cycle processes.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Boomi Professional Developer or relevant Boomi certification.
- Experience with Boomi API Management.
- Experience with Boomi Master Data Hub, Event Streams, B2B/EDI, or Flow Services.
- Knowledge of custom connector development or the Boomi Connector SDK.
- Experience with deployment automation, version control, or CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy.
- Experience integrating applications such as Salesforce,



SAP, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of security concepts such as OAuth 2.0, certificates, API keys, basic authentication, and secure data transmission.
- Experience supporting production integrations in an enterprise environment.

Education

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant technical experience may be considered in place of formal education, depending on organizational policy.

7. Clearly explains a recent integration solution, including source, target, mapping, error handling, deployment, and production support.

We are looking for a Boomi Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise integration solutions. The candidate should have strong experience with Boomi processes, connectors, profiles, maps, REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, error handling, deployment, monitoring, SQL, JSON, and XML. Valuable analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills are required.

Boomi certification and experience with API Management, Event Streams, B2B/EDI, CI/CD, or enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
