We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Booking Manager to manage villa bookings, coordinate with clients, and ensure a smooth booking process from inquiry to confirmation. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales coordination, customer relationship management, and booking documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end villa booking processes from inquiry to booking confirmation.
- Coordinate with prospective buyers, channel partners, and the sales team.
- Follow up with clients regarding bookings, payments, and documentation.
- Prepare booking forms, agreements, and related sales documents.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams for payment verification and documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and payment follow-ups.
- Address client queries and provide regular updates on booking status.
- Generate booking reports, sales MIS, and customer status reports.
- Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the booking process.
Requirements
- BBA, B.Com, MBA (Marketing), MBA, or any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in booking management, sales coordination, or customer relationship management in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good knowledge of booking documentation and sales processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace with attention to detail.
