We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead and manage the Body Shop operations at our Mahindra Authorized Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Body Shop operations and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Supervise technicians and allocate repair jobs efficiently.
- Monitor body repair quality, painting, and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly revenue and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with Insurance Surveyors and Parts Department.
- Ensure adherence to Mahindra service standards and safety procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Automobile) preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in an Automobile Body Shop.
- Strong leadership, customer handling, and team management skills.
Salary As per company norms with performance-based incentives.
