As a Blockchain Architect, you will serve as the technical visionary responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable decentralized systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, high-performance blockchain infrastructure.
Your day-to-day will involve overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of dApps, ensuring the integrity of smart contracts, and maintaining the architectural standards that define our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable architecture for public blockchain domains to ensure high throughput and network security for enterprise clients.
- Develop and audit complex smart contracts using Solidity and Rust to ensure code efficiency and protection against vulnerabilities.
- Lead the end-to-end development of decentralized applications (dApps) by integrating robust backend services with intuitive frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize Node.js and NestJS backend services, ensuring seamless communication with blockchain nodes.
- Establish architectural best practices for Ethereum and Hyperledger environments to maintain consistency across distributed ledger projects.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and provide technical guidance on emerging blockchain trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in designing large-scale blockchain architectures within public and private domains, backed by 10 to 20 years of professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity and Rust, with a proven track record of deploying secure, production-ready code.
- Strong command over modern web development frameworks including Angular 14+ and React.js to build responsive, user-centric decentralized interfaces.
- Extensive experience in building and scaling backend services using Node.js and NestJS within a microservices-oriented architecture.
- Deep technical understanding of Ethereum and Hyperledger protocols, including consensus mechanisms, gas optimization, and network security.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid work workplace.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in distributed systems and software engineering principles.
