Key Responsibilities

- Provide backup support and share responsibilities across ongoing integration initiatives, ensuring continuity and timely delivery.

- Work with Microsoft BizTalk and related technologies to support and maintain existing integration solutions.

- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into transparent, structured technical specifications.

- Document integration workflows, system interactions, and technical designs.

- Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of integration components.

- Perform unit testing and actively support QA testing cycles.





- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.

- Provide production support, including monitoring integrations, managing incidents, and ensuring quick resolution of issues.

- Work with data formats and transformation concepts such as EDI, XML, and JSON.

Qualifications & Experience

- 45 years of hands-on development experience, with strong exposure to BizTalk and Microsoft integration technologies.

- Proven ability to convert functional requirements into detailed technical documentation.

- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and end-to-end data flows.

- Experience in unit testing and supporting QA processes.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with modern integration platforms such as Azure Logic Apps.
- Exposure to cloud-based integration approaches and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
