Role & responsibilities

- Map and onboard new medical equipment, ensuring 100% accuracy in the equipment database

- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of biomedical equipment

- Ensure optimum utilization and consumption of spare parts

- Maintain detailed service records including service history, breakdown calls, pending issues, and indent tracking

- Coordinate with OEMs for equipment under warranty and ensure timely resolution of issues

- Provide technical support and training to clinical staff on proper usage and maintenance of equipment

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels

- Strive to obtain customer feedback and appreciation letters through quality service delivery

- Prepare and submit daily service reports to the Department In-Charge (DI)





- Ensure timely completion of service activities as per commitments and SLAs

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and service

- Strong knowledge of medical equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/OEMs

- Basic knowledge of documentation, reporting, and inventory management
