EVEN healthcare is developing a new model of healthcare delivery called - "Payvider . As payer , Even is an insurance agent, helps people and companies get insurance and as a provider Even has their own in-house doctors who do teleconsultation, provide in person consultations through Even clinics and also have extensive network of Doctors, Diagnostics and Pharmacy to help their members get services closer to their homes.

About the Opportunity The role supports reliable patient care by ensuring medical equipment is safe, calibrated, and available when clinicians need it.

Role & Responsibilities

- Install, commission, maintain, calibrate and repair diagnostic, therapeutic, and monitoring medical equipment at customer sites.
- Perform electrical safety testing and functional verification in line with IEC 60601 and maintain accurate calibration and service records.
- Troubleshoot faults using diagnostic tools; isolate issues, perform repairs, and coordinate vendor escalation and spares procurement for complex failures.
- Manage asset records and maintenance schedules in the CMMS; generate timely service reports, work orders, and spare-parts logs.
- Provide end-user training and technical guidance to clinical staff on protected operation, routine checks, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Support equipment acceptance testing, warranty claims, and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent technical discipline.




- Proven hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining hospital medical equipment and delivering on-site technical support.
- Practical knowledge of electrical safety testing and calibration procedures (IEC 60601).
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and asset lifecycle tracking.
- Ability to use diagnostic instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope) and read electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Familiarity with medical device quality and risk standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14971) and audit-ready documentation practices.

Preferred
- Certification in Biomedical Equipment Technology or Hospital Clinical Engineering.
- Experience servicing imaging equipment (X-ray, CT, MRI) or clinical laboratory analyzers.
- Exposure to sterilization, anesthesia, or biomedical gas systems maintenance.
