Role Description The BIM Modeler - Electrical is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves creating and updating detailed BIM models for electrical systems, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards and local codes.

The BIM Modeler will interpret and develop construction drawings, collaborate closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders, and resolve clashes and coordination issues within the model. Daily tasks include managing model documentation,



maintaining version control, and preparing views, schedules, and export files required for design reviews and construction. The role also includes supporting continuous improvement of modeling workflows and contributing to quality assurance for project deliverables.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a BIM modeler on electrical or MEP projects.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination for building projects.
- Candidates should possess the ability to interpret and produce precise Construction Drawings for electrical systems and related building services.
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar) and familiarity with clash detection and model coordination workflows.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work within established quality and documentation standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams in a project-driven environment.
- Experience with international standards or exposure to global projects in homebuilding or retail sectors is an advantage.
