Role Description The BIM Coordinator MEP is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models within the Building Information Modeling (BIM) environment, ensuring accurate integration with architectural and structural designs.

Day-to-day tasks include managing BIM workflows, reviewing and resolving model clashes, updating drawings and documentation, and ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines. The BIM Coordinator MEP collaborates closely with project managers, engineers,



and architects, supports design reviews, and contributes to continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration in building projects.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Architecture and its relationship with MEP and structural disciplines.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, track, and report on BIM-related activities.
- Proficiency in BIM authoring and coordination tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar) is beneficial.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and meet project deadlines is essential.
