Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, architectural detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination. The candidate must be proficient in developing BIM models across different Levels of Development (LOD), including LOD 300, LOD 350, LOD 400, and LOD 500, while ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements.

The role requires close collaboration with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams to deliver coordinated, clash-free, and construction-ready models.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for architectural projects from concept through construction and as-built stages.
- Prepare and deliver BIM models in accordance with project requirements for LOD 300, LOD 350, LOD 400, and LOD 500.
- Produce architectural drawings, schedules, documentation, and construction details directly from BIM models.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination workflows.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, naming conventions, and company BIM protocols.
- Create and manage BIM families, templates, libraries, and project standards.
- Support quantity take-offs, schedules, and model-based documentation.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and collaborate with consultants and project stakeholders.
- Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project specifications.




- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit for architectural modeling.
- Thorough understanding of Levels of Development (LOD 300, 350, 400 & 500) and BIM project workflows.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Good understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and building systems.
- Ability to prepare accurate working drawings, construction documentation, and BIM deliverables.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Software Skills Preference will be given to candidates proficient in:

- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk Navisworks
- Autodesk AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Dynamo (preferred)
- Enscape / Twinmotion / Lumion
- Rhino (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- High-rise residential projects
- Commercial developments
- Hospitality projects
- Institutional buildings
- Airports, metro stations, or other large public infrastructure projects
- Large-scale interior fit-out projects
