Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing Executive role based in Raipur.

The Billing

Executive will be responsible for preparing, issuing, and verifying invoices for coal supply and transportation services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and client agreements. The role includes maintaining billing records, reconciling accounts, coordinating with the finance team, and supporting timely collections.

Executive will regularly liaise with operations, logistics, and sales teams to confirm quantities, rates, and delivery details.



The position also involves resolving billing discrepancies, responding to client queries, and generating billing-related reports for management review.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid skills in Billing Process and Invoicing, including preparing, reviewing, and reconciling bills and related documentation.

Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, verify figures, and support reporting and account reconciliation.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, interact with clients, and resolve billing issues clearly and professionally.

Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting or ERP software for billing and record management.

Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with prior experience in billing, logistics, or similar roles; knowledge of coal or commodities trading is an advantage.
