Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to manage all project billing activities, including contractor billing, client billing, quantity verification, reconciliation, and coordination with project teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction billing processes, BOQs, rate analysis, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and process contractor and client bills as per contractual terms.
- Review and certify RA Bills (Running Account Bills), final bills, and work completion bills.
- Verify quantities executed at site against BOQs and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contracts, and Accounts teams for timely billing.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contract conditions.
- Maintain records of work orders, bills, measurements, and payment certifications.
- Track work progress and prepare billing schedules.
- Reconcile quantities, rates, and variations with contractors.
- Monitor pending bills and ensure timely submission and payment processing.
- Support project cost monitoring,



budget control, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Construction Billing and Quantity Surveying.
- Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity verification.
- Experience in RA Bills, Final Bills, and Measurement Sheets.
- Knowledge of Rate Analysis, Cost Estimation, and Reconciliation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and billing systems.
- Solid analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8–12+ years of experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- B.E. Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience handling billing for residential and commercial projects.
- Sound knowledge of BOQs, contractual billing, and quantity take-offs.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with execution, contracts, accounts, and procurement teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
