## Job Profile: Billing Executive (Restaurant) Company: Sainik Bhojnalaya Location: Sadar, Lucknow ### Job Summary Sainik Bhojnalaya is looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Billing Executive to manage restaurant billing operations, handle cash transactions, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers. ### Key Responsibilities Generate customer bills accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.

Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit card, and other payment methods.

Verify orders before processing payments.

Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.

Prepare end-of-day cash reports and reconcile collections.

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to resolve billing issues.

Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide excellent service.

Ensure proper handling of discounts, coupons, and promotional offers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.

Report any billing discrepancies to the Restaurant Manager. ### Requirements Minimum Qualification:



12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience: 0–2 years in restaurant, retail, or billing operations.

Freshers with good computer skills are welcome.

Basic knowledge of POS software and MS Excel is preferred.

Good numerical and communication skills.
