Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate project cost estimates and BOQs. Handle client and subcontractor billing. Prepare RA Bills and final bills. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings. Prepare tender documents and cost proposals.
Perform rate analysis and cost optimization. Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams. Prepare invoices and maintain billing documentation. Monitor project costs and handle change orders.
Ensure timely submission of bills and compliance with contract terms.
Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in Billing & Estimation. Robust knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, RA Billing, and Tendering. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
