Billing Operations

- Generate accurate customer bills using the POS system.

Cash Handling

- Receive payments through cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and gift vouchers.

- Count opening and closing cash balance daily.

- Reconcile cash collections with POS reports.

- Deposit cash as per company procedures.

- Report any cash shortages or excess immediately.

Customer Service

- Greet customers courteously.

- Resolve billing-related queries professionally.

- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.

- Maintain a pleasant and welcoming attitude.

POS & Documentation

- Operate POS terminals efficiently.

- Print daily sales and settlement reports.

- Maintain transaction records and supporting documents.

- Assist during audits by providing required records.

Compliance

- Follow company cash handling policies.

- Ensure confidentiality of financial information.

- Prevent billing errors and fraudulent transactions.





- Adhere to GST billing requirements wherever applicable.

Coordination

- Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and delivery executives for order status.

- Inform supervisors about POS issues or billing discrepancies.

- Support inventory or stock verification whenever required.

- Ensure all items are billed correctly before payment.

- Apply discounts, offers, coupons, and loyalty benefits as per company policy.

- Issue invoices, receipts, and duplicate bills whenever required.

- Handle billing for dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and online orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
