- Market bench consultants to End Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
- Source daily job requirements and submit suitable consultant profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients, vendors, and consultants until successful placement.
- Generate recent vendor leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Handle the complete Bench Sales lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Utilize platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Candidate Requirements

- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good professional email etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.




- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
