Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Behavioral Therapist supporting individuals and families within MantraCare’s digital care ecosystem. The therapist will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and related methodologies.

Day-to-day work includes delivering telehealth sessions, documenting progress, adjusting interventions based on data, and collaborating with other clinical and wellness professionals to support integrated care.

Therapist will also educate caregivers and stakeholders on behavior support strategies and contribute to continuous improvement of programs and protocols. Flexibility in scheduling and comfort working with technology-driven tools and platforms are essential.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Knowledge of Psychology and behavioral health principles, including evidence-based approaches for diverse populations.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience Working With Children, including supporting neurodivergent children or those with behavioral and developmental challenges.
- Relevant skilled licensure or certification (e.g., BCBA, licensed behavioral therapist) as required by local regulations.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, digital documentation, and AI-supported care tools.
- Ability to work independently, maintain ethical standards, and manage part-time caseloads effectively in a remote setting.
- Preferred: Prior experience in digital health or integrated care settings and familiarity with outcome monitoring and data-driven practice.
