Positions Supervised: Beauty Therapists, Hair Stylists, Pedicurists, Nurses, Dermat support staff

Experience: 4–7 years (with at least 2 years in a leadership role)

Education: Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology / BHMS + Cosmo / BDS + Cosmo / BAMS + Cosmo Role Overview The Beauty Head is responsible for leading the Beauty Department, driving service sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role demands strong technical expertise in skin & hair services, sales orientation, and team leadership to ensure client delight and business growth. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

Achieve Beauty, Derma & Product sales targets.

Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Customer Excellence

Maintain NPS > 90% with high service standards.

Conduct client consultations and resolve concerns.

Ensure timely package execution and follow-ups.

Operations & Compliance

Maintain SOP adherence,



hygiene, and equipment upkeep.

Track product consumption and manage stock effectively.

Ensure accurate documentation and system entries.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team.

Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance.

Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances.

Collaboration

Partner with Slimming Head, Derma team, and Marketing/BTL for cross-functional growth and activations. Competencies
