Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and confident MBBS/BDS graduates to counsel international patients seeking treatment in India.
The role requires understanding patients' medical conditions, educating them about treatment options, coordinating with hospitals and specialists, and guiding patients from their first enquiry until treatment.
This is an excellent chance for doctors and dentists who enjoy patient interaction, counselling and healthcare management rather than clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel international patients through WhatsApp, phone calls and video consultations.
- Understand medical reports and patient history.
- Educate patients regarding diseases, treatment options, procedures and expected outcomes.
- Recommend suitable hospitals and specialists based on clinical requirements.
- Coordinate with hospital international patient departments.
- Obtain treatment plans, cost estimates and appointment schedules.
- Build trust and maintain regular follow-up with patients.
- Assist patients with medical visa guidance,
travel planning and admission process.
- Maintain detailed CRM records.
- Work closely with the operations and hospital coordination teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Strong empathy and ability to build patient confidence.
- Good understanding of common medical and surgical conditions.
- Ability to explain medical information in simple language.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp and Microsoft Office.
Eligibility
- MBBS or BDS (Mandatory)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in hospitals, telemedicine, patient counselling or medical tourism will be preferred.
