Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) / Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive business growth, acquire new customers, manage key accounts, and expand market presence across the cosmetics and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings,



product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with technical and internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Technical Sales.
- Experience in Specialty Chemicals, Cosmetic Ingredients, Personal Care, Chemical Distribution, Oleochemicals, Surfactants, or FMCG will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
